Training courses are available for those wanting to be a referee, judge or official, or those just wanting to get more of an understanding of our rules and events.

Officials courses cover the roles and responsibilities of referees, judges, time keepers, score keepers, coordinators and general helpers at our semi contact (points) & light contact continuous tournaments along with our Pro-Am fight shows.

Completion of our courses allows for you to be part of the officials team at events and work your way towards full referee status under the guidance of our experienced referee and official team.

Our courses are hands on, you're not going to attend and spend all of your time listening to someone talk about rules, roles and responsibilities. We'll be holding sparring matches on the day and all attending will get involved with many of the roles and closely observe other roles.

Officials course cost just £15.00 to PKO members & non PKO members. A PKO officials certificate is issued to all completing the course allowing you to take on certain roles at events while working your way to full referee status.
